'Tis the season for anniversary cakes at Sublime. We've had loads of them lately and this is a favorite. We applied "painted" gold fodant pieces over buttercream icing, added a monogram plaque and fabulous lavendar sugar roses to the top. Simple, elegant and beautiful with just a touch of whimsy to keep it from being stuffy.
