Horse Head Cake

This was a first for me. When I heard what the client wanted, I thought, "OMG it's going to be like that scene in The Godfather or something", but it came out really well. This was ordered by a pastry chef for her man's 38th birthday party.

Beach Themed Cupcakes

We did these Beach-themed cupcakes for a birthday party last week. I love how the crystal sugar over the chocolate buttercream looks like sand! The shells and starfish are hand modeled from white chocolate dough and painted with edible luster and disco dust.
