Flowers can be an important element in cake design, especially for weddings. We recommend sugar paste blooms to our clients in place of the real thing. Sugar paste flowers are safer than fresh blossoms, come in an almost endless variety, and are absolutely beautiful. Fresh flowers can be poisonous and many are sprayed with toxic pesticides, so if you do choose fresh make sure you communicate with your florist about which flowers will go on the cake.
