A Golden Anniversary is an occasion worthy of celebration. We did this buttercream iced cake this past weekend for a 50th anniversary. Chocolate fondant applied pieces, and a "painted" golden bow with drapey ribbon completed the elegant but fun design. Inside, two tiers of Brown Sugar Vanilla Cake layered with Vanilla Buttercream and 3 kinds of fresh Berries, one tier of our Ancho-Chocolate-Cinnamon combination.Tuesday, January 27, 2009
