We did this Western-Themed wedding cake this weekend for a lovely client. Jenny was such a pleasure to work with. She and her fiance planned an all-out Western-themed bash at a ranch in Crowley, Texas. Wildflowers in cowboy boots for centerpieces, red bandanas on the rustic wood tables, and this cake to complete the look. Yee-haw!!
What a fabulous way to start the week! I did my first live TV segment this morning on FOX 4 Good Day. SO super fun!! Thank you to Producer Dana, co-hosts Tim and Natalie, and the whole crew for making my first live TV experience such an enjoyable one!!

Last week we tested approximately 40 new SF recipes and one of our favorites is shown above, the Sugar-Free Tropical Muffin, Mmmmmm good. You won't believe how delicious these healthful muffins are!!

Yesterday was one of the best days ever at Sublime. I worked for 15 hours filming with the production crew from Liquid Flicks. A long day, but such heavenly fun!! My fabulous publicist Beth Hutson was there to guide the process and the whole day was captured in stills by the talented photographer, Brian Hutson.

This totally adorable little guy came into Sublime yesterday with his dad. Oh my goodness, he was the cutest! I was so busy flirting with him that I forgot to ask his name. So we'll lovingly refer to him as "Cookie Boy".
It's hard to believe this is really necessary but Bogart the Hobart comes with this warning label. So I guess this means I shouldn't reach in and scrape the bowl down with my hands while it's running? DUH!

We did a custom cake this week for a retiring piano teacher and her long-time student. The Native American drum and feathers representing the subject of the piece of music she first taught this student many years ago, "Indian Drumbeats".
