Sweethearts Dessert Fantasy 2009

Sunday night we had the pleasure of participating in Sweethearts Dessert Fantasy 2009 benefitting Fort Worth's Lena Pope Home (www.lenapopehome.org). We created 3 Fantasy Cake table centerpieces for sponsor's tables as well as over 400 desserts for guests. The evening was a great success and a sweet time was had by all!

Anniversary Cake

'Tis the season for anniversary cakes at Sublime. We've had loads of them lately and this is a favorite. We applied "painted" gold fodant pieces over buttercream icing, added a monogram plaque and fabulous lavendar sugar roses to the top. Simple, elegant and beautiful with just a touch of whimsy to keep it from being stuffy.
